Physical Therapists as CJR Collaborators: Risks and Opportunities in the Mandatory Bundled Payment Program
The Webinar will provide an overview of the Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement (“CJR”) bundled payment initiative. CJR is a mandatory, hospital-centric bundled payment arrangement that launched by CMS in 2016 in 67 metropolitan areas around the country. The Webinar will describe how hospitals may engage in financial risk sharing under the CJR program and review the parameters for a “Collaborator Agreement” between a CJR hospital and a physicial therapist The Webinar will also describe the portions of the Model CJR Collaborator Agreement developed by PPS.
