Authoring the Build a Better Body series of blog posts led to the success of fitness classes of the same name, as well as other classes like foam rolling, plyoball, and wellness classes among many other retail products and services. In 2016, MotionWork's Urgent Headache Care Clinic became the first of its kind offering the general public direct access to PT to relieve headache pain, so patients can avoid the costs, narcotics, and rebound headaches associated with ER visits for headache relief.
